Referral Program Terms

1. The Referral Program

The Blessed Assurance Mall referral program lets approved referrers earn a reward when a new business they introduce signs up for a paid plan on the Platform. These terms apply to everyone who joins the program.

2. Joining

You join by registering on the referral portal and confirming your email address. We may decline or end any membership at our discretion, for example where information is false or these terms are broken.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies when the new business signs up using your referral link or code, is not you or a business you own or control, and starts a paid plan. Your referral dashboard shows each referral and its status.

4. Rewards and Payouts

Reward rates, how they are calculated and any minimum payout are shown in your referral dashboard and may change; changes apply to future referrals. Rewards are paid only for payments we have actually received, and may be reversed if a payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use false claims, spam or unsolicited messages, misleading advertising, self-referrals, fake sign-ups, or any method that breaches the law or others' rights to promote the Platform. Prohibited conduct may lead to forfeited rewards and removal from the program.

6. Your Relationship With Us

Referrers are independent. You are not an employee, agent or partner of the Platform and may not make promises or statements on its behalf. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your rewards.

7. Personal Information

We handle referrer information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and Ending the Program

We may change these terms or end the program, and will try to give reasonable notice. You can leave at any time by contacting us.
